Personally striving for perfection in both of these categories, it always amazes me how may times in the discussion that the home seller described their previous attempt to sell their home before with "Agent XYZ" , and the only time they saw them was to put the sign in the yard and when they called to pressure them to take a substandard offer for their home. It really creates a black eye for the industry.

I strive hard to earn and keep trust with a client. "You may not like everything that I have to say, but it will always be the truth." I seek to be dependable and accessible. Many of my clients are repeat clients because they like the fact that I am only a phone call or email away and they know they will get almost immediate attention.
