Patricia Shepherd

I am a life long resident of Loudon County. Married my High School sweetheart (Allen) and now been married 28 years. Graduated from the local high school and continue to make Loudon County my home sweet home. Allen and I have 2 children Daniel and Jessica both of which are in college. I got into real estate about 10 years ago and Allen came on board 8 years ago. I am a real estate broker and we own our own company. Our motto is Promoting Your Home and Your Community, because we believe that not only are people concerned about the home that want to buy but the area that they will be living in. We work in the Knoxville area as well as Blount County, Roane County and Monroe County. We serve in our community thru the Lions Club, and have been involved with Habitat for Humanity, as well as many other community projects.

I am currently serving on the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS board of directors in which I have served on for the last 4 years. I am the Chapter President of the Loudon County Chapter of REALTORS. I have obtained my CRS,e-PRO, and GRI designations and have taken the ABR course. I have trained over 40 agents in our community. I currently serve on the board of directors for the Lenoir City Lions Club I have received the 5 star award from our association for the last 5 years and I currently sit on the ethics panel for the association.
