Hello there- Nice to meet you- My name is Monica Downs. I am an affiliate broker for Re?max Unlimited of Lexington TN. Like many of my buyers, I moved here from out of state about 4 years ago. I was born and raised in what was a small town called Hernando MS. As development expanded from Memphis and the casino industry in Tunica. My small town became a city.

After a few visits to Lexington I began to call this town home. I can honestly say I love my town and all that it offers from our 7 lakes for boating and fishing , 48,000 acres of Nacthez Trace State Park for ATV riding camping and horse riding, the fresh air on the Buffalo River for conoening and Guy B Amis Ball Park for sports T-ball, basketball, tennis courts, hockey and soccer. I have been here for 4 years and I am still in amazement - the colors are vibrant, air clean and light, the nights are peaceful and stars truly twinkle. Always something new to explore. It really is a big deal to see a plane fly over this part of Tennessee.

I am a mother of two small boys Keaton 4 1/2 years old and Austin which is now 10 months old and they are truly the core of everything I do. I strive to teach them morality and the love of the outdoors to my children. Lexington is perfect for us because we have the convenience of local shopping Wal-mart and various retail stores along with our great outdoors and a great school systems.
