Andy has been with the Terry DeSelms Team for more than seven years. A licensed real estate
agent since 2001, Andy is an accredited buyer representative and earned the title of real estate broker in
2004. Growing up in Humboldt, Tennessee, Andy has had solid middle class values instilled in him
by his parents—James, a retired BellSouth employee and Saundra, a children’s librarian. After graduating from Tennessee
State University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Andy has maintained a service oriented
life. Andy has served as Interim Manager of Bethany Hills Camp for the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Tennessee,
Bond Trader for Trans Financial Bank, Assistant Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Loan Originator for SunTrust Bank and GMAC Mortgage. In his personal life, Andy serves as a volunteer with Room In the Inn and Second Harvest, and is an active member of Eastwood Christian Church where he serves on a local level as a youth sponsor and on a regional
level as a church camp director. After purchasing his personal home through Terry DeSelms in 2000 and hearing Terry’s
name on the Dave Ramsey show, Andy decided to continue his career of service as a real estate agent with the Terry DeSelms Team. Following an intensive training program under Terry, Andy took on his current duties as Broker and Trainer.

home. Touring your home to learn about positive selling points as well as potential stumbling blocks to a quick sale. Advising you about simple, inexpensive steps you can take to immediately improve your home’s appearance thereby increasing
your sale price. Researching listing and sale prices in your area for the past few months of all homes similar to yours to help determine your home’s fair market value. Working closely with Terry and you to decide a fair listing price for your home, taking
into account how quickly you need to sell. Reviewing all feedback and offers with Terry before presenting them to you.
