Paul LaLiberte

Paul LaLiberte has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He has been a business owner specializing in high tech electronics and manufactured components that landed on Mars. How’s that for getting around? He owned a real estate holding company specializing in industrial properties. In his 20-year career, he enjoyed most of all, working with people, sales, negotiating, resolving issues and making things happen. In 2004, Paul and his wife Lianna drove through Middle Tennessee and Rutherford County. The beauty of the area, the amount of growth taking place, the reasonable cost of living, and some of the friendliest people in the world overwhelmed them. They decided this was the place where they wanted to raise their family and made the move. Since then, Paul has become a member of The National Association of Realtors® ,The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors® and a Real Estate Broker. With his business background and degree, many of Paul’s clients asked him to add Business Brokerage to his portfolio of services. Since it was a natural fit with the other services he provides, it was added.

When Paul is not working, he is spending time with his family. He considers them his anchor and life. His wife helps and supports him in everything when she is not volunteering with the kids. His oldest daughter is a Midshipman at the United States Naval Academy and he could not be prouder (Go Navy)! His son and youngest daughter keep him busy with football, cheerleading, drama and anything else they can think of. The family has five pets - four cats and a dog. They normally fill in the gaps if things get too quiet.
