We were both born and raised in Stratford-Upon-Avon, England and moved to the USA in 1984. We began our real estate carrer in San Jose California and continued when we moved to Austin Texas.

We will get you pre-approved for a loan, show you homes that meet your criteria, write an offer, handle contract negotiations, schedule inspections, manage the escrow process and attend the closing.

We also believe in home staging and have found that "staged homes" sell faster and for more money. Gina has been trained in the art of staging a home to sell and advises home owners on the importance of creating the right first impression. This is just one of the extra services we provide our clients at no additional cost.

We also enjoy working with home buyers and take great joy in helping them find their dream home. There is so much a buyer needs to aware of and we take great pride in the knowledge, experience and negotiating skills we have to offer them. Our buyers are fully informed and feel confident and excited about their new purchase by the time they sign their closing documents.

We also give our buyers up to $5,000 at close of escrow which they may be used to help pay the closing costs or taken as cash!
