I am Jim Gilbert, an Austin Realtor. Claire, my partner and assistant in our Heart of Austin Homes real estate business, and I have been happily married for almost 40 years. We have lived in Austin for almost six years, and find the Austin area to be a great place to live, to work and to own a home.

We have three daughters, five grandsons and three sons-in-law! (How the balance in our family has changed through the years!) Claire and I are now applying the fruit of our life partnership and our work experiences to meeting the needs of our real estate clients.

To real estate, I bring some valuable experience from two other careers. In my dozen years as a chemical engineer and manager, my strength was in solving problems and taking care of the details of projects. From my over twenty years as a pastor, I bring a servant's heart and a genuine love for people. The principles of God's Word guide me in my relationships and work with my clients. I major on communication with my clients, educating them so they can make informed decisions, and helping them through the many steps of the process of buying or selling homes.

Our Heart of Austin Homes motto, "Experience and Heart ... working together in Austin Real Estate for You!" expresses who we are and how we serve our clients. Our business aim is "to help our clients to achieve their real estate goals with service that is excellent."

Claire and I would love to have the opportunity to serve you and your family.

You can call me now at (512) 913-1557, or reach me by email at Jim@HeartofAustinHomes.com.
