My offer to a buyer is simple, I will rebate 50% of any commission I earn from the purchase of your next home. For the typical purchaser, this is $4,500 cash back on a $300,000 home. If the seller or builder is offering additional incentives and bonuses, I pass on half of any monetary bonuses received.
