After using his skills to build a portfolio of 27 investment properties owned with his partner, Tommy was encouraged by family and friends to put his talents to work to help others pursue their home buying and selling opportunities.

As Tommy serves his clients, he also gives back to the community. Currently, he is an active member of Men of All Colors Together, a non-profit, multi-racial membership organization benefiting AIDS charities and families in the Dallas area.

Licensed since 2003, I sold real estate for a firm in north Dallas where I eventually stepped into management. As VP of Agent develeopment I recruited, coached and mentored the incoming agents.

After that, I decided to make a transition back into selling with Virginia Cook, REALTORS at the InTown office; the second largest independant real estate firm in north Texas with sales volume of nearly 2 billion dollars each year. This return to selling real estate also saw a personal transitional focus: from a buyer's business to primarily a listing oriented business. Listings became my focus, however, still working with wonderful motivated buyers!

Becoming licensed as a broker in September of 2007, focus has changed yet again, but the path remains the same! I am once again recruiting and training agents to be their best.
