Traute H. Malhotra

Born and raised in Germany, Traute Malhotra moved to Dallas, Texas in 1984 after successfully completing her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in marketing and personnel.

She has been actively involved in commercial real estate for the past 15 years. Many of which, she served as Director of Investor Relations for an international real estate firm based in Dallas.

As a licensed REALTOR, she is offering her services to clients interested in buying and selling residential , commercial or investment real estate in the US and internationally.

In addition to providing services in English, she is conducting business in German.

Traute is committed to consistently furthering her education and has the following designations: Senior Housing Specialist, e-PRO, GRI, and I.R.E.S. In the summer of 2006 she graduated from the 2005/06 Metrotex Leadership Class.

As a mediator, she specializes in dispute resolution in the real estate field.

Director of the North Texas Chapter of the German American Chamber of Commerce. Member of Metrotex, NAR, TAR, International Luxury Society, ICREA, Consular Corps.

In addition, Traute is a founding member of the International Luxury Society.
