I have over eight years in all aspects of real estate management, which includes a variety of transactions. My experience includes being serving as investor, commercial relocation consultant, property management, escrow, financing and the acquisition & disposition of residential and commercial properties.

Besides having a Juris Doctorate, UWLA School of Law and being a multi-state real estate licensee. I have a background in eminent domain relocation and fair housing. Real Estate course from the Texas A& M and Graduate Courses in Public Administration. Additionally, I have courses in Residential & Commercial Relocation courses with both HUD and the International Association of Right of Way Agents

I specialize in investment propertie and foreclosure bailout management. I have been involved in investment properties and income producing properties for owners and investors and I have experience with tax deferment and 1031 exchanges.
