Mark Holland

As Vice President & General Manager of Holland Moore Properties, Darren Moore is responsible for business development and growth in serving the firm’s clients in the sales of commercial properties. Darren’s experience helps him understand the concerns and problems facing investors and business owners. Finding the right building that will continue to appreciate, estimating the value, and analyzing neighborhood trends are just some of the skills that he has honed. He understands the delicate balances of property management, including tenant retention and lease negotiations along with maintaining a profitable cash flow.


Prior to his real estate career, Darren spent six years in the United States Air Force as a personnel specialist and nine years as a manager in the information technology industry. He also worked for Pepper Hamilton one of the largest law firms in Philadelphia. This experience successfully prepared him for the pivotal role he now plays in with Holland Moore Properties. Moreover, these experiences have helped him maintain the professionalism and integrity for which he is known.
