Patrick Carr, Broker Owner
As a fifth generation and life-long Texan, Patrick has lived and worked in Houston for over 20 years.
Patrick spent his youth in Waco (well actually in a small town named Crawford, you probably have never heard of it) and moved to Houston in 1987 when he attended the University of Houston. After graduating from U of H with a degree in Accounting in 1990, Patrick advanced quickly in his accounting career with Shell Oil Company and Schlage lock company. He expanded his professional experience into accounting IT systems and was a project manager with Sysco Food Corporation for many years.
Patrick has always had a passion for real estate and started investing in turn-around properties in the late 1980s. This passion turned into a profession in 1999 when he obtained his real estate license. Since that time, Patrick has achieved million dollar producer status every year at Century 21 with a client base that consisted solely on personal referrals. This is the truest testament to the outstanding level of service Patrick provides.
In 2006, Patrick obtained his broker’s license and started Patrick Carr Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage. This exciting new venture provides clients with a unique opportunity to leverage Patrick’s extensive real estate experience, professional and personal networks as well as excellent knowledge of top neighborhoods throughout the Houston area.
Trivia: Patrick’s grandfather had the first patent on pre-stressed beams for bridges and founded Texas Concrete, one of Texas’ largest pre-stressed concrete companies based in Victoria Texas. Also, Patrick’s family has a long heritage in Houston and he is related to Tom Gaffney, one of the original co-founders of the Houston Post.
Patrick can be reached at 832-656-4152 or emailed at PatrickCarr@PatrickCarrProperties.com
