Phyllis Ridings

Born in Springfield, Missouri, my parents brought me to Texas when I was nine months old. I married and raised my two sons here and have lived in Conroe, Texas since 1986. With backgound in accounting, sales and service, I chose to pursue a career in Residential Real Estate so that I could lboth live and work in the same county! My two adult sons, Craig, age 29, and Brian, age 27, are the pride of my life, and they each are pursuing careers that require that they live on the East and West Coast of this United States of America, so I am what is called an "empty nestor" these days!

When I am not engaged in Real Estate activities, I enjoy traveling to the blue Carribbean, where I love to dive the warm blue sea. I ride my Honda VTX 1300 and I am currently a student pilot in pursuit of my Private Pilot License! Each year I attend Oshkosh AirVenture for the entire week of the show, and I am active in marketing my Father's Propeller Speed Reduction Unit that enables an Experimental Aircraft owner to use a Chevrolet Corvette Engine in his airplane!

I enjoy a full and exciting life, and my career in Real Estate is just one of the exciting and fulfilling things that make up my life.
