Hello, My name is Mary Jo Hudnall.

I have been in the real estate industry since accepting a summer job at a local Houston title company upon graduating from high school. After college I continued to work in the title industry. Four years later I decided it was time to get my real estate license.
My resume includes Office Manager and Designated Broker of two large national franchise organizations. So, I have the experience of what the large firms have to offer and have benifited from the training and experience.

My purpose and goal in the real estate industry is to assist you with attaining a better quality of life for you and your family through the joy and benefits of homeownership, whether purchasing or selling. My career in the real estate industry has spanned 3 decades.

I realized from the beginning that knowledge was everything in this profession. It has been my passion to learn every facet of the business.

During that period I was employed in the title industry as Office Manager/Escrow Officer for one of the major national title companies. The background knowledge of the title industry/mortgage industry has given me an educational edge over most of my competitors.
I have been in the training end of this business, as Office Manager and Designated Broker for two of the major national franchises, and have enjoyed the opportunity to share with other agents.
