I have been in the real estate field for over seven years. I work mostly in residential, ranch, and coastal properties. I specialize in being a buyers agent. I do listings on a client by client basis, due to the expectations that I set are usually the highest in price and client satisfaction. I do not take a listing and just list it. I expect that lisiting to be on the market for no more than nighty days and to be seen a minimum amount of times per week. I have built a formula that reaches that target and I believe that cleints that use it have all been very satisfied. It requires total commitment on the part of the seller in marketing their home.

I have more than enough hands on experience and motivation to qualify me to meet and exceed any clients expectations. I build a one on one hands on approach. I believe in a complete and in depth approach to agent client relationship. I put in the extra mile or miles that are needed in todays ever changing real estate market.
