Because of the exciting real estate market in the North Texas to Southern Oklahoma area where we live, we decided to semi-retire from our horse activities and devote full time to Real Estate. Another reason we chose real estate as our full time profession was because of our involvement with buying and selling our own ranches. We really enjoyed the process and decided that we would enjoy helping others achieve the same level of success while buying and selling their properties. We have unequalled experience in the combined real estate/ horse industry and are the most qualified in our field in North Texas.
The goal of our company Residential to Ranches Real Estate is to assist Buyers and Sellers from their first purchase to their most complicated and involved transaction. We do first time homes to commercial properties and treat each negotiation with our utmost attention.

In the Real Estate world, we have personally owned and operated Horse Farms from Gentleman Ranchettes to full scale Training and Breeding Facilities with hundreds of horses on premise. We have built our own farms from the ground up, and also completely renovated several of them, providing us with helpful experience in remodeling ideas to suit your needs. Our past properties continue to this day to successfully operate as some of the top Breeding and Training Facilities in the country.
