I always find it hard to talk about myself so this will be brief. I spent 24 years in the United States Air Force as a Telecommunications Technician and Manager. I have travel extensively in Europe, Asia and spent some time in the Middle East. I really enjoyed my time in the service of my country and there are not many things I would trade the experience for.

After I retired from the Air Force I work as a contractor teaching telecommunications. I did that for about six years. I then decided I wanted to work for myself and determined my own destiny. At the suggestion of my wife I went into real estate and have been doing real estate now for right at five years.

I take a personal sense of pride in helping a client realized the dream of becoming a home owner and in helping Seller's realize a return on their investment. I strive to stay abreast of the ever-changing real estate market. I do not believe in the saying "This is the way we always do it." I have found out over the years each one of us is an individual with unique needs and circumstances. I'll work with you to meet your needs and personal requirements.

I have a deep interest in the environment so I am very attracted to new building techniques that conserve materials, recycle onsite, use recycled material and use energy efficient appliance in the homes. Yes, I guess you can call me a “Tree Hugger.”

On Second Thought!

I may be a little off topic here but something has been bothering me for a few days now. I am talking about the proposed bailout of the U. S. Auto Industry (AKA) the Big Three. When I just look at the Big Three and how they have managed to get in the mess ...

What are you walking on?

I am not talking literally here; I am addressing what is covering the floors in your home. I raise this subject because there are a lot of alternative floor coverings on the market these days. Manufactures are coming out with products they claim to be made ...
