Nicole Smith

Nicole M. Smith is our Sr. Property Manager. She has been with our company since she received her real estate license in 2002. She handles all of the day to day operations in the property management department, such as repairs, corresponding with owners, tenants, and vendors, processing rental applications, inputting properties into our local Multiple Listing Service, placing rental ads into The Prime Time Newspapers, and updating our company website.

Nicole is currently a member of The San Antonio Board of Realtors, Property Management Committee, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and National Association of Residential Property Managers. She is becoming very active with the local NARPM association.

When Nicole is not in the office she spends time with her family in Fredericksburg, TX (70 miles northwest of San Antonio) The light of her life is her son who was born in 2000 and he of course keeps her very busy with his school and his sports activities (baseball, basketball, and soccer). She is also going to school full time to receive her degree in Web Design.
