My wife, Linda, and I have combined 44 years experience in real estate. Our happiness is a byproduct of helping other people! I have owned and operated a real estate school, property mangement company and real estate company. I have helped structure and facilitate over 4,000 tax deferred exchanges in real estate. My expertise includes the aquisition and disposition of commercial and investment property.
Linda acted as a paralegal and closing agent in College Station, Texas for 12 years after attending Texas A&M. She then became the founder and Executive Director for a non-profit organization in Brazos Valley. Linda is a Certified Grant Writer and a crime victim advocate. After 23 years of service she retired and got her real estate license. Linda has been serving buyers and sellers for the past three years in both Brazos and Montgomery County. She specializes in waterfront and resort property at Lake Conroe. A native of Bryan/College Station, Linda loves selling her "hometown"
