I worked for a general practitioner attorney for 19 years and a majority of the work we did was real estate. The attorney insisted that I get my real estate license and I took several courses to do so but ended up not ever following through. I finally got my license in 2005 and I am so glad I did. I don't know what took me so long. I LOVE REAL ESTATE.
