I lived in Las Vegas from 1961 until 2004 and was a Realtor there for 2 1/2 years before moving to Cedar City. Once here I earned my Real Estate license and joined Coldwell Banker Advantage. I feel my experience as a realtor in Las Vegas helps me be of a real service to my clients regardless of where they are from.
I have seen the challenges of living in a large area and the advantages of a town the size of Cedar City. Before my move here; my wife, Christie, and I visited towns and cities in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Colorado. We were, at the time, looking for a place to make our home after retirement. We did not want to live in Las Vegas any longer. The city has gone through some drastic changes over the 40 years, and not necessarily for the good of it's residents. The gangs, traffic and how people treat each other just became too much for us.
So, after a 5 year search and the prodding of a number of friends who have homes in Cedar City, we decided to take a look at what turned out to be the best and luckiest move we have ever made. Our neighbors, the people here at Coldwell Banker and the folks on the street treat Christie and me as if we were family.
I feel very lucky to have landed here at Coldwell Banker Advantage, I sometimes can't believe it. I was introduced to Dan Roberts and Adrian Kadera, our Brokers, by Mel Osborn; who was the Agent who helped us find and buy our Cedar City home. And the rest, as they say, is history.
So, given my experience, I really feel that I can help folks trying to decide on a move here by answering their questions and easing their fears about small town living. Please, give me a call and let me help you make the move to a better lifestyle.
