Cheryl began her career 9 years ago in the California Bay Area, obtaining her Real Estate License in order to work as a Mortgage Lender for a reputable company in Utah County. Since that time, she has been involved in many aspects of Real Estate, including Wholesale Lending, where she began teaching Continuing Education for both Real Estate and Mortgage. She loves travelling throughout the state to various Boards of Realtors to teach her popular CE Courses. She has been actively involved with Women's Council of Realtors since 1999, and is the current President-Elect of The Utah County Chapter. Cheryl and her husband Rick absolutely love living in Eagle Mountain, where they have lived for the last four years with six of their nine children. When she finds time, Cheryl loves to read, ski, hike, shop, travel, and entertain friends and family.
