I was drawn to Southern Utah by it's beauty and outstanding quality of life. From it's high desert to it's mountains, Southern Utah cannot be matched for it's kaleidoscope of color, fresh air, beauty and abundance of open space. It is the hub for countless State and National Parks. Snowbirds and tourists flock here year round for the outstanding climate and lifestyle.

I first visited Southern Utah in about 1996 and made no hesitation when my family and I decided to move here in 2000. Since it is easy to sell what you love, I became a licensed agent in August of 2000 and have been with ERA since. Specializing in residential homes, land and horse properties in Hurricane Valley, Apple Valley and the Zion area, I have been fascinated and honored to participate in representing my clients in hundreds of transactions. I have enjoyed all aspects of residential real estate, in particular I find great enjoyment in the "marketing" aspect of this business.
