Entered Real Estate activity originally as an investor of distressed property in 1983. Acquired Real Estate Sales Agent License in Feb. 1991. Obtained Broker license in Feb 1994. Within a year opened my own office with two partners, mostly flipping properties. Since that time I have been a Principal Broker of 3 of my own companies and for a short time a hired Principal Broker of another. Presently as partner in Freedom Realty Group, LLC, we are striving to serve the public utilizing tools and services that has no peer.

Years of experience in working with the public, and the real estate community in general. More importantly, in supervixing agents over the years, I know what the general tendancies are for agents, and what can come up to bite you in a transaction. As the Broker of the office, I will take referrals and assign them to my most competent agents and then supervise that transaction to make sure your trust is justified.

I have generally felt that agent spendin a lot of time and mony earning designations were wasting time that they could have spent learning with boots on the ground. However, I am very interested in the e-pro designation because I think mastering this medium is essential in todays market. I will be investing the time in that soon.
