* My affiliation with Coldwell Banker allows me to generate broad online exposure for Foreclosure listings on the leading Real Estate internet sites and portals, selling homes quickly for the best possible price.
* I have extensive experience listing and selling Foreclosure properties in Vermont providing me with expertise in the process of pre-foreclosure, evictions, Cash 4 Keys, property preservation, and property securing and maintenance: giving me the ability to resolve problems quickly and expidite the foreclosure process.
* My experience selling REO, foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, and Relo owned properties has allowed me to generate an extensive list of Investors and Buyers. I have the technology and resources availble to generate demand for my listings and to quickly respond to buyer inquiries providing them with the detailed information they require.
* I have extensive knowledge of the Vermont foreclosure industry, market sales data, state and local regulations, tax rates, zoning regulations, financing sources, and other services required during the sale process.
* I have developed a network of REO companies listing and selling for Ohio Savings Bank, Option One Mortgage, CitiFinancial, CB Corporate REO Division, MD Webb, Olympus Asset Management, U S Marshalls Office, ETC REO, and several others. I have closed 13 Foreclosure homes in the last 12 months, currently listing 6 properties for sale, have 3 under contract, and 12 in the pre-list process.
* Currently I am Branch Office Broker and Manager of the Ludlow Office. We have 2 Realtors that are also handling Foreclosure properties. We cooperate and assist each other allowing us to be availble to Asset Managers around the clock to expidite the sales process, resolve issues as they arise, and respond to inquiries.
