Dave Mulleady

Hello folks. I was born in Athlone and grew up in a little town called Ballymahon in the County of Longford Ireland. I visit home fairly often and the family of four brothers and one sister make the trip out to America on a regular bases as well. When I first came to America I lived in the beautiful State of Vermont where my wife's family have lived for years. The missus and I then went to Seattle where I had my own business ( Mulleady's Irish Pub and Restauant ) and I also got involved in Real Estate as an investor. I have been involved in commercial deals as well as residential since I started my career in Real Estate. Upon our return to Vermont we bought our home in Jericho and I joined Century 21 Jack Associates in South Burlington. I have helped a lot of people in Foreclosure and I also assist homeowners who are having a difficult time trying to sell their home. I have been on both sides of the fence, needing to sell and needing to buy so I understand all the emotions that go along with that. In my spare time I like to read books on positive thinking, walk the dog, watch a bit of telly with my wifey and talk to the family in Ireland. Cheers!
