My mission is to provide the utmost in customer service and attention to detail for both purchasers and sellers of homes throughout the Hampton Roads area. I specialize in residential real estate and offer an extensive amount of knowledge and experience in the dynamics of the local market.

I am a skilled negotiator with expertise in research, analysis, and time management. It is my goal to meet the special needs of each client family within the shortest possible time frame. I will not waste your time. I have established excellent working relationships with business leaders throughout the local area. My network includes a number of loan officers, attorneys, inspectors, religious leaders, and school officials.

I have been recognized as highly organized, customer service oriented, and motivated to succeed. I possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I pride myself on getting it right the first time, on time. I enjoy a significant amount of referral business and consider this a tremendous personal compliment. It is my desire to not only meet but exceed your expectations of a real estate agent. I am particularly skilled with first time homeowners, the elderly, investors, and military relocations.

I have earned a number of certifications including: Accredited Buyers Representative, Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES),Internet Real Estate Professional (e-PRO). I am a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute. I am a veteran of the United States Navy and received many awards including two Navy Commendation Medals and five Navy Achievement Medals from the Secretary of the Navy in recognition of superior job performance. I am active in a number of community activites and organizations and enjoy the outdoors, particularly saltwater fishing.
