I have been in the real estate profession for over 12+years. My brokerage offers full service residential and commercial real estate services to both buyer's and seller's. I was formally associated with Re/Max, Coldwell Banker Stevens, and Jobin Realty where I learned the in's and out's of the traditional real estate profession. In 2004, I purchased a Help-U-Sell Franchise because this business model offers seller's full service without having to pay high real estate commissions and multiple options to save money - full service with low set fee; plus the seller's can participate a little or a lot. Is it a perfect model for everyone, we think it is since it offers the same or more services that traditional brokers offer to the public - at least you have choice. Lastly our name is not truly indicative of the fact that we offer full service to buyer's as well. We actually provide all buyers with a comprehensive consultation. This is important for every buyer regardless of their level of buying expertise.

In my past life, I was an U.S. Army Officer and retired from active duty in 1996. I have a B.S. and M.S. degrees. I am licensed in both Florida and Virginia. I am a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) where I consult the over-55 crowd on their real estate ventures.

My office is staffed with only full-time Realtors who either have their GRI or are working on this certification or others.

List all homes on MLS/NLS without additional fee;

Use technology to lower the costs of marketing and pass the savings to you;
