John Holmes

I started my interest in real estate in the early 80's as I was studying Business at the University of Iowa. I read 15 books or so during a summer break and the rest is history as they say. I went on to move to the DC/Virginia area and aacquired a new homes sale job for Canada's largest builder Costain homes, later Coscan Homes. I sold 100's of Single Family Homes, 100's of Townhomes and 100's of Condo's both as a sales manager of numerous Real Estate developments. I than was hired to work for America's largest Builder DR HORTON. I sold Estate Homes, Single Families, and Townhomes with them for many years.
My highest life time acheivement was in 2004 where I was awarded the # 1 New Homes Sales Man of the year for the whole United States. So Real Estate has been my full time, life time career, wtih approximately 1000 lifetime sales I offer a unique, and broad experince in Real Estate Sales. I have since started my own Real Estate Team with Keller Williams.
