Penny Neil

I have worn a lot of different hats and still enjoy numerous activities. I have a husband (disabled Viet Nam Vet) 4 sons and one daughter and 4 grandsons. I am obviously very proud of all of them.
I am a Certified Horsemaster and have run several riding stables including my own. I taught the riding program for Roanoke College, trained, boarded, showed, belonged to the Bedford and Rockbridge Hunts, bred, raised, and trained horses for the race track, and ponies for the show ring. Horses have been a love of mine since I knew what one was. Of course my love for dogs and cats naturally goes along with my love for horses and my family.
I drove a tractor trailer off and on for over 25 years. That was a job I greatly enjoyed because I got to meet so many different and interesting people (another one of my loves) in my travels.
I got my Real Estate license in 1987 and get extreme satisfaction out of helping people invest in their future and realize their dreams.
I also got my insurance license in 1992.
I am active in my church, have been a Cub Master and am presently on a Troop Committee, charter member of the Ladies Auxillary to the VFW Post 1841, and a Past President of the Botetourt County Horseman's Association.
I have a side business: Virginia Fence Systems which is a distributor for Centaur HTP Horse Friendly Fencing.
And I have another side business: Pennley Innerprises,Inc. I show people (if they want) how they can pay off their mortgage and other bills in much less time and save lots of money in interest.

I am an Accredited Staging Professional. I show my clients how to stage their homes for the fastest sale for top dollar.
