Tom Smith

I am a Caroline County native having been born and raised in the local area. Once I graduated from Caroline High School, I attended the Rappahannock Regional Criminal Justice Academy and became a Caroline County Deputy serving my community in this role for 14 years.

I am currently the Chairman of the Neighborhood Crime Watch Committee for the HOA of Portobago Bay where I reside. I enjoy spending time with my wife of 10 years and my 4 year old twins. We like to fish, hunt, paint and garden together. I care for my community and my clients like family. I am looking forward to helping you with your Real Estate needs.
