I've worked at a lot of jobs during my life, I've sold heavy equipment, worked in the oil industry, written mission-critical computer software for NASA, and I've managed computer networks for NASA and for Lucent, but I haven't found a more rewarding career than working with people to buy and sell real estate.

I work out of an office in Manassas VA, but specialize in several areas just west of the city in Prince William County. These are the Bristow area in zip 20136, the Gainesville area in zip 20155 and the Haymarket area in zip 20169. My preferred area of business is the north-western half of Prince William County.

The reason I don't choose to cover the complete Northern Virginia metro area is that I don't believe I can do my clients justice when I don't have the in-depth knowledge and experience of many of the neighbourhoods comprising such a large area.

With the recent market changes in Northern Virginia I have found that I have acquired a significant knowledge of the Foreclosure and Short Sale process. Some of my current listing are homes that have been foreclosed on or are in that process.

Having moved into Real Estate from an information technology background I make use of those skills to work on the leading edge in Real Estate. I use a tablet laptop to allow my clients to sign documents electronically and transmit them to other parties in the transaction via email or fax. I use various websites to distribute and market my listings.

In order to provide exemplary service to my clients I have worked to attain a high degree of real estate related qualifications. I have the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation which denotes a more complete understanding of all the factors required to complete real estate related transactions.
