I've been a Realtor for a number of years. I am also a Real Estate Broker in VA. Which means I've gone on with more education and more testing than the standard Realtor and have had a number of years of being a full time Realtor. I also have my ABR designation. Which is an Accredited Buyers Rep. I've had even more classes for specializing in working with Buyers!
