Tim Churchwell

Mr. Churchwell joined GSH after a long business history. He was a licensed NYSE branch manager for a national firm. He founded and managed a comprehensive financial planning division for the firm.

Mr. Churchwell then sold his practice and consulted in the areas of strategic planning, sales and sales management, and business development. He is still involved in speaking and training throughout the country.

Mr. Churchwell is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Hampton Roads Realtor's Association, and the Commercial Real Estate Council.

Believing community involvement is important, Mr. Churchwell is the past president of the Smithfield Rotary Club (www.Rotary.org) and the Isle of Wight Business Development Group (www.IOWBDG.COM), an organization that is comprised of small business owners who are committed to best practices and serving their clients.
