As a team agent for Alan Price "Mr. Kempsville", I specialize in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach. I have been a resident of Kempsville for 18 years, and know and love the area. However, I am not limited to Kempsville and am knowledgeable in all areas of South Hampton Roads. I love working with everyone from first time home buyers to clients who have bought and sold many times. I also do property management .
Real Estate allows me to utilize my outstanding customer service skills and negotating skills which allows for a smooth real estate transaction. I work by the golden rulle so I always make sure I treat everyone I work with, with respect ,honesty and uphold the code of ethics.
I was licensed in 1998 after completing the Alpha Omega Principles of Real Estate and passing the state real estate exam.
