She specializes in unique marketing techniques for homes, new construction and condominiums in Seattle's Eastside marketplace. She has helped families relocate across the street and across the country, providing the information and assistance necessary to make the transition with ease.
Community service has always been important to Beth; she is currently on the Board of Directors for Northwest Children's Fund. In addition, she's been involved with numerous nonprofit organizations, including Junior League of Seattle and Big Brothers Big Sisters. In conjunction with the Coldwell Banker Bain Associates Community Partnership program, she helped initiate a partnership with the Bridle Trails State Park Foundation, contributing a portion of her commission to help preserve the 500+/- acre park in Bellevue.
