We love our home and life on the Kettle River which we share with our dogs. We believe in the law of attraction, if you think positive good things will happen. As for the rest we will let some of our clients speak for us.

Testimonials- Working with Len to acquire our property was a wonderful experience! We had been looking for land in the Colville area for the past 11 years, and it was just last fall that we found piece where we want to build our retirement home. Lucky for us, Len was the agent, and with his genuinely friendly nature and low pressure philosophy, he made it the most enjoyable transaction we've ever experienced. What truly impressed us was his unswerving devotion to his customer, regardless if they are the buyer...or the seller. He always has your best interest in mind. Thank you so much Len, for making our dream come true! Signed J & R

I would highly recommend Len & Carol as real estate professionals to anyone buying or selling in the Colville/Kettle Falls area. I am currently on my third real estate transaction with them. Based on the great service I received from them before, during and after our initial real estate purchase in the area, there was never a doubt in my mind about using anyone else. As a buyer, I found them to be always accessible, available and on top of things. As a seller, I felt they marketed my property very well and kept me posted on the progress. An added benefit is that they are there to assist you even after the sale. If you have a real estate need, Len & Carol will get the job done! Signed C.J.
