I have my ASP staging and ABR designations, I am a CRS member and working on CRS and GRI certifications. My mother, Marion McGuire, has 24 years in the business, a RE/MAX Associate Broker in Phoenix, she was the President of the Phoenix Board of Realtors in 03-04' 07-08 WCR president and has been a huge influence and mentor to me over the years.
