Having lived on Whidbey Island since 1968 I have seen many changes to our community and our island. Most all for the better. Businesses have grown and developed to better serve our military and civilian citizens. Housing has become available in all ranges of size, price and location. Schools have enlarged and become some of the best educators in the state, not to mention best in state sports!! Lenders have become accustomed to working with clients that want to buy unique homes on an island. All in all we have developed into a cummunity that works together with our Military, retireres and our children.
