Broker and co-owner with her husband, who is a sales agent also. Sandy has been in the real estate business for 14 years. She has lived in the Okanogan Valley most of her life, and feels it is a good place to visit or an even better place to live. It is a great area for people who enjoy the outdoors.
Windermere/Oroville was one of the first franchise offices in the Okanogan Valley. It was opened in 2003 by Ron and Sandra Peterson. They started Leading Edge Realty 18 months earlier, and after serious research, decided that the Windermere philosophy suited their company to a tee. Windermere is a very family oriented business from the top people to all that have joined along the way.
