Meet Gary Bravo

I went to community collage to get my associates degree in business. I worked for Fred Meyer for 20 Years 10 of which was in store management. My primary responsibilities were in customer service and profit margin control. I left Fred Meyer to become my own boss and control my own destiny. I have been one the most successful new agents in my office. My sales and income have increased by over 25% each year in the business and this year I am on pace to do the same.

My business is comprised of 80% from referral. This is because my customer service standards are very high. I help my clients in ways most realtors don't, like, moving, yard and home clean up, keeping my phone on until 10pm, showing homes early, late and weekends. The 20% of my business come from advertising. We spend over $8,000 a year selling homes and finding buyers. We have a 24hour phone service and a great marketing plan.

My family and past retail experiences have given me the tools to be a success in the real estate field. I have come from modest income family. We learned to get by with hard work and good ethics, your word is your bond. In retail management you need to keep people happy and make as much money for the company as possible. It is a delicate balance that I did well to the level of training and new store opening manager.

I served eight years in the Navy and in 1966 I left the Navy and under the GI bill I went to college and received a degree in Industrial Arts. I then worked as a bodily injury adjuster for 35 years and then retired. I found that retirement was no fun, so I went back to work, I enjoy working with people and assisting them to obtain their goals in life. I found that I could do this in Real Estate. I love my work and I look forward to getting up every morning and going to work.

.I did not want to work in Real Estate just to have something to do, but I wanted to be of real service, since this is what makes me happy. I knew that to be of real service, I would have to be there when I was needed. In my 35 years of experience as a liability adjuster, I learned about contracts and gained excellent negotiation skills, in my dealings with attorneys and the general public. I have been able to transfer these skills to my new profession as a realtor. With the help of the young man that I teamed up with we are able to give service second to none. I bring skills that are of great benefit to my clients, whether they be looking for a home or selling one.
