I have held a real estate license not only in Washington for over four years, but I previously held real estate licenses in California and Nevada for 5 years concurrently. Moreover, my previous business experience in the gaming industry, for a many number of years, brings to real estate, the ability to work with all types of people and personalities, and indispensable marketing knowledge. My experience has prepared me well for paying attention to detail, prioritizing, coordinating, negotiating and organizing, all essential elements in a successful real estate transaction. I am a firm believer in continuing education, and keep my skills on the cutting edge through reading and attending professional seminars and classes.

I currently live in Tacoma and have lived in Pierce County for almost five years, I originally came to Washington in 1992. I have two grown daughters, a grandson and a granddaughter. I like to garden, redecorate/decorate, cook, spend time with my pets and read on my off time.
