I have lived in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area for many years having relocated from the great state of Ohio. I am still a raving Ohio State Buckeye fan. My children (and grandchildren) wear the Ohio State shirts I have given to them on that "special Saturday" in November when the Scarlet and Grey meet their main rival...the "Big Blue" team from the north, University of Michigan.

My children were born and raised in Oregon and attended schools in Beaverton, Newberg, and Clackamas. I know that school matters and is also why I selected the link to the School Matters website. It is the best site I have found for evaluating schools. Thus a good site to assist you in determining what neighborhood for you to live not only for raising your family but also in good school neighborhoods homes appreciate.

My husband and I moved to the Vancouver area to be closer to his place of employment, Beacock Music. We enjoy music, biking, hiking, cross country skiing, and good food, especially Thai cuisine. We especially enjoy the Vancouver Wine and Jazz festival each August. I can be a good source of information about the area.

Before entering the real estate profession, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Ohio State University and a Masters of Science degree in Management from Marylhurst University. As a Medical Technologist, I provided test results for my clients (physicians and patients) so that they could make informed decisions about their health. As a Realtor, I continue to provide information so that you can make informed decisions on probably one of the largest financial and most important decisions of your life.

In buying or selling a home, it is important to have confidence in your real estate professional. To build your confidence, I am committed to providing you the real estate information and service you need.

I will...

-Be Your Trusted Advisor to help you meet Your goals, on time!

-I have earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation and have meet the course of study, the exam requirements , and the production standards. CRS credentialed Realtors are only 4 % of the licensed real estate agents in the United States and they are involved in 26% of real estate transaction.

The end result is I am committed to having your real estate experience be the best possible!

I listen and deliver!

I have lived in the Portland, Oregon and SW Washington area for many years having relocated from the great state of Ohio.

My Results:

My Seller Agency (Listings) Results:
My Average Days on the Market 31 days
My Sales:Original Listing Price 99.2%
My Average Sales Price $250,000
($160,000-$445,000 Range)

To obtain these numbers, I lean heavily on researching what other buyers have paid for similar properties and the price range of homes in that neighborhood. It is also a joint effort which requires having the home's attributes being accented and featured with the sellers' actively involved in the process.

My Buyer Agency Results:
I use the same method of research on what other buyers have paid and the price range of homes in the neighborhood. This assists the buyers in making a reasonable offer and can be used in negotiating the final agreed upon sales price.

The end result is I am committed to having your real estate experience be the best possible!

I listen and deliver!
