Rica brings a background in media marketing & sales, copy writing, an AA in Office Technology/Legal, and over 8 years of school district/education experience to the real estate sales field. Rica’s commitment to serving NCW communities is evident in her years of community service to our schools, youth organizations, and community projects.

Rica relocated to North Central Washington from Western Washington over 17 years ago to complete her education at Wenatchee Valley College and has lived and worked in Wenatchee, Cashmere, and Entiat ever since. Rica has worked for Wenatchee School District, Entiat School District, and local media, and has been a dedicated volunteer for many youth sports organizations in Entiat, Wenatchee, and Cashmere. Rica and her family have been residing up the beautiful Entiat River Valley since 1998. Rica enjoys running and hiking and anything to do with water from boating to swimming. Rica loves living in NCW where residents enjoy four seasons, recreation, great schools, and friendly communities.
