Service & Professionalism
These two words have been devalued in the business world. Service means rendering my time, effort, and knowledge on behalf of you- the client. I am a real estate professional. You are a mother, a state employee, a cabinet installer, a retired pediatrician. It is not your job to know the real estate world- forms, appraisals, online photo galleries, closing deadlines, etc. Treating you with the respect you deserve as an intelligent human being that is interested in buying or selling real estate is what I do. Professionalism means that I guide you through the exciting and sometimes intimidating process of the real estate transaction. Too often people of any profession become jaded in their jobs and expect the client to know what to do and ask and expect. I will always make sure that your best interest is guarded, point out the details you need to know, ask the questions you didn't know to ask. This is what I mean by service and professionalism- they are what I expect of myself and what I pledge to you.

Energy and Enthusiasm
Buying or selling real estate is probably the largest financial transaction you will experience in your life. Before I became a real estate professional, it put me off when agents responded to my house hunting and selling questions as another day at the office. This IS NOT how I do business. There is a substantial amount of time and legwork involved in being familiar with all the available land and housing on the market. Purchasing real estate is exciting. By utilizing me as your database the confusion is eliminated and all that remains are the decisions to be made. Through working with clients I get to revisit that excitement on a daily basis, and that is what I love about the job. Energy and enthusiasm are most needed in the selling of real estate; let's face it- it is often a stressful time. Dynamically marketing your individual piece of real estate takes creativity and drive. That's why you need a professional who will bring that energy to the table- every time.

About Me
As a newcomer to the valley, I can still see the beauty and diversity of this natural paradise with fresh eyes. I live in Mazama with my husband and baby daughter where we enjoy all manner of outdoor activities. Cross country skiing is our main love, but snow shoeing, biking, hiking, camping, sailing, and river rafting give us year round enjoyment. My husband and I both volunteer for A.C.T. (Abandoned Cat Team) and I facilitate a local mothering group. Being part of the community is one of the reasons we moved here. There is no doubt about it- the more you give the more you receive!
