Bill Butler

Bill graduated from Shepherd College (University) in 1996 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and a Minor in Psychology. He worked in Sales & Marketing for eight years prior to starting a career in real estate. Bill began his career with CENTURY 21 Sterling Realty, but is now a member of RE/MAX In Action. Education has always been a top priority for Bill. In his first three years, he became a Certified Relocation Specialist for CENTURY 21, earned his CRS Designation and passed the WV Broker’s Exam. He also enjoys supporting the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors whenever possible. Over the years, he has volunteered for many committees, including Rookie Realtors (REDS) and Community Service, and was a member of the 2007 Strategic Planning Committee. Bill is also a member of the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association, Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce and First Baptist Church of Martinsburg. He currently lives in Hedgesville with his wife and his 5-year old son.
