Lee Theorin

I have lived and worked in this beautiful part of the world, Western Wisconsin, for over 30 years. My wife and I purchased our small farm in Dunn County in 1975, which has now grown to 124 acres. Although we do not farm for a living, our connection to the land has stayed with us over the years. We continue to appreciate this land and we work to manage it in a sustainable way so it willl continue to provide worth and enjoyment for future generations.
My previous experiences as a land owner, a landlord, and as a building contractor have given me a keen interest in, and knowledge of, the property values in this part of the state. I put this interest and this knowledge to use to serve my client's best interests. I have been a realtor since 2005 and have had numerous successful sales transactions as a lisitng agent and as a buyer's agent, including vacant land as well as homes. By analyzing the quality and value of any real estate which may be of interest, I help my clients to understand "where things are" in the market. This is helpful for sellers to know what they can expect to receive on a sale and also for buyer to know what they should expect to pay. I am able to help buyer clients find what they are looking for at a reasonable price, help them to find appropriate lending programs, and guide them through all the necessary details through the closing.

Although I work as sales agent, I have completed the course work, and the testing, and received a broker's license in November, 2005. I have completed the number of necessary transactions to receive the Accredited Buyers Representative designation(ABR) and will receive this after completion of course work in 2008. Charter board member, past president and continued member of Farmer to Farmer, a local organization which works as a solidarity and aid group to assist impoverished peoples of Central America. 1988-

Long time active member of local church.
Local school district board of education member, 1994-2000.
