Biographical Sketch
Derse joined First Weber Group's Milwaukee Relocation Division in spring 2005 as a member of the Corporate Business Development team. Derse was previously a sales executive with First Weber, achieving distinguished status in the Leading Edge Society in her first full year in sales. In her role as a Realtor/Relocation Specialist, she also greatly enjoyed working with transferring employees and others relocating to Wisconsin, ultimately leading her to accept the position in the Relocation Division. Recently, Derse acquired the listing of the Landmark on the Lake Condominium project on the East Side, just blocks from Downtown. This 275-unit building overlooks Milwaukee's lakefront and is situated at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and the popular Brady Street.
Derse is a lifelong resident of the Milwaukee area and is an outspoken ambassador of Milwaukee and its surrounding suburbs. She is well-versed on the city's real estate climate, its culture, recreational and sports activities, performing arts, and business community.
Her business career spans 30 years in the Metro Milwaukee area, with a focus on non-profit management, advertising, marketing, public relations, and sales. As the executive director/president of a major non-profit group for fifteen years, she helped gain national recognition for the organization. She has held appointments on government commissions and task forces and has worked with many local business, community and civic organizations.
