I've always been interested in the Real Estate field and when deciding to make a career change I entered into the Real Estate market place. People had always told me I was a natural sales person and since I love talking to and meeting new people - it seemed like a great fit, and it is. With Customer Service, Office Management, and Marketing and Accounting experience behind me I entered the world of Real Estate.
Education is important to me and I believe it is very important to the profession. With that love and interest I continually participate in classes to enhance my knowlege of the field and current market trends. Staying abreast of the market is an important factor in being a sucessful agent. I am able to increase services to my clients with every class, seminar and designation I am able to acheive.
I have a wonderful and supportitive husband , Dan, who practices in a related field of Building Design. (Delta Desing, LLC) With his construction experience and services I am able to offer my clients the opportunity of alternatives of building plans and remolding plans without looking for outside (unknown) sources. This has been a great assest to my clients in both the residential and commercial markets.
There have been many incidents when a customer just needed to alter their current home to fit their needs and NOT SELL iheir home. Brining Dan into the picture sometimes "cuts me out" but helping a customer realize all their alternatives is the most important thing especially with seniors who love their home but need to adjust it slightly for their changing needs.

Although Real Estate is my business, SELLING is not the only option. I good agent always puts the clients needs FIRST.

I have 3 children and 2 step children, all grown and independent. Two of our boys did tours of duty in Iraq (Marines) and we are ever so blessed that they arrived home safe and sound. In my free time I enjoy genealogy research, photo
retouching and watercolor painting. However, there's nothing better that a great novel and my couch !
